Payment is deducted from my Mobile Number without making any transaction, and there is no OTP given to my device. But the payment is deducted for 109. How could the transaction be made with just the mobile number without any OTP sending to the device? There is a big loophole in their system. So there are chances for the amount to be charged with just the mobile number without sending to the device.
The mobile number used for the transaction is different in the Zomato app, but the mobile number is charged against other MSISDN, which is a serious issue from the Simpl side.
