I have purchased premium plan of 9999/ Rs from Indian Car Care Company and they had sent me the Paytm link for the Payment. After payment the company is not giving any service or not entertaining my queries. Neither they are giving refund for the same.
Its a fraud company then how Paytm is accepting payments from such companies?
