Text of Complaint by Vardhman Mishra:

I had made a recharge on my delhi metro card for ₹400 on 2nd May 2022,the recharge is still pending,after contacting the two parties involved several times PhonePe says that they are in touch with DMRC for the transaction but DMRC says that the payment was unsuccessful hence contact the payment gateway for the refund,I dont know who to contact now.
