I took a loan from post pe, I lost my job and unable to pay the dues so I dropped a mail to post pe helpdesk, one of the executive from post pe called me and asked to choose settlement option since I asked for it, so I opted and made a payment for 18000 and now they are saying that the amount you have paid is not enough for settlement option please pay the remaining amount and we will close it. I don’t know what to do know I’m jobless i have multiple loans .please help me
