On july 20, i filled the form for airtel broadband on july 22 the person of airtel came to me for further procedures ,after that he told me to pay the amount 3004rs,before paying i asked him the connection is available or not he said yes , so after paying the amount i asked him who much time it will take in the connection he said tomorrow the installer will came and set it, but next day only the call came to me for asking location then he there is no availability you have to wait for 1-2month for it after that i calller to the first person whome i paid the amount he said don’t worry it will take 2 days. After that i called him on 26 july for refund he said that request is already forwarded you will receive you’re payment in 2 days, today is 29 july and still haven’t i received my payment or the connection of my broadband for which i have paid. They are misleading, misguiding and sharing the false information with the customer. If the connection was not available in my area then why he collected the payment after that he started declining calls also
