Text of Complaint by Surbhi Malhotra:

Dear Consumer Court

I have made payment for Xtra by paytm and it got failed but debited from my paytm.

Its been more than 48 hours and no refund has been initiated.

I have raised ticket and no response received.

Please intervene as my money is not getting refunded and customer care is not responding
