I used a Paytm Postpaid thing in June I took a credit from paytm Postpaid of 1000 rs
After sometime my paytm account got locked and after so much efforts I couldn’t pay the amount due to login error in Paytm
Two days back One executive called me up from Aditya birla capital as Aditya birla capital sanctions the amount for paytm postpaid, he said you have’nt paid the amount since 3 months and you have to pay 1670 in total as there were late fee charges and interests.
I told him that I have been trying to make the payments from 3 months.
Couldnt do it because of login error, he said okay You transfer us INR 1037
I said send me the link
He tried sharing me link on sms which I didnt receive.
After 2 mins I received same amount request on Phone pe.
I thought he directly sent me request on phone pe.
I did make the payment and told him that I have made the payment, now he is saying he didnt receive any payment.
Could you please help me finding that fraud and who is he associated with.
This is not about the money but the fraud this guy is doing.
Pls help me out
