I had made a payment towards my bill to Airtel twice as the payment failed once and I got email from Airtel so I made twice. Airtel later adjusted extra payment towards my next bill and everything was settle. On 1st July, Airtel without any permission debit 1883 from my Airtel accounts and say to me we have credited your source account which I never received. In the meantime I am continuesly getting prompt to pay my bill. I asked airtel many times to provide me the transaction id so that ai can escalate to my bank but their appellate authority never gave me this. My calls will be barged today.
