Text of Complaint by PRIYOM GOGOI:

I AM UNDER 18 BOY I AM USING THE APP JUNIO FOR POCKET MONEY SAVING. IT ALSO PROVIDE A RUPAY CARD FOR ONLINE TRANSACTION…. SO I ORDERED IT WHICH WORTH RS. 101 AFER THAT THE BANK PAGE SOWS THAT THE PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFULLY DONE BUT WHEN I VEW MY ORDER IT SAYS THE I HAVE NOT PAID THE MONEY I GO TO THE HELP SECTION IN THE APP AND COMPLAIN ABOUT IT. THEN THEY THEY SAY THAT WE DON’T KNOW WHERE YOUR MONEY IS AND TOLD ME TO COMPLAIN IT TO THE BANK. I WENT TO YHE BANK AND SAY THE WHOLE STORY THEN THE BANK SAY THAT MONEY WAS TRASFERED TO THEM. AFTER THAT I NEVER GET BACK MY MONEY
