On 20 Apr 23 at around 0651 i made a recharge of 181 rs for the data pack through Airtel app payment was successful and I got a message from Airtel your request is processed and payment will be update within 5 minutes but i couldn’t receive the service till 0631 in the morning of 21 Apr 23 then I contacted to customer care which is also a tedious task I was contacted to lady named Asfa she told me there was an issue yesterday your payment will be refunded within 3 working days now you again preceed for recharge i believed her and followed her instructions and again made a recharge of rs 181 but again my payment status was not updated and I got i message from Airtel assuring me we have processed your request and payment will be updated within 5 minutes then I again contacted to customer care and again the same lady Asfa was there on line i asked her how you assured me to recharge again I still facing the same issue please register my complaint she refused and told me complaint can be register after 3 days only then i asked her to connect me to her superior authority for which she also denied. What kind of Airtel app you are having and shame on customer care which could not register a simple complaint. I am really fed up with this Airtel company now. Kindly refund my money because this is hard earned money and I can’t wait any long for your poor response
