.1 online payment was made on 23/06/2020. to payU payments pvt.ltd. for rupees 2999/-
.2 online payment was made on 25/06/2020. to payU payments pvt.ltd. for rupees 2990/-
.3 online payment was made on 18/08/2020. to payU payments pvt.ltd. for rupees 2990/-
all the above amounts paid through State Bank of India, net banking/visa card.
however I have not received the products such as smart phone/tab 10.1 inches screen till date nor I have not received any order copy or refund for the purchase orders placed by me online.
you may kindly look int the matter and advice the seller to supply the material or arragne for refund of the amounts.
