I hv used and ordered for a sr citizen card to merchant
Shivolkar corporate consultancy pvt Ltd and filled up application form as per their procedure on 12 th augst 23
they hv sent a payment link of Lazy Pay for rs 397 as I don’t remember fully the original amount ,I thought that it is a genuine company and send atleast acknowledgement to my order
They hv neither acknowledged nor executed this order till now and no communication from them at all .
Mean while lazy pay are chasing me daily 10 times and harassing me for dues and adding amount as panelty to original fee .
I hv no direct connection with lazy pay and lazy pay are part of the marchant payment link and lazy pay was saying they hv paid to another company PASFAR TECHNOLOGIES PVT LTD
I requested lazy pay to ake up this matter to their marchant for non acknowledging my order and non executing it till now .
The bill against my order was charged to me is not executed by the merchant . And they hv not send any info to me . It is surprise to note every month lazy pay go on adding penalty to basic charge and show as dues . If lazy pay are interested in dues they pl sée the order is executed by their merchant . My relation to lazy pay is not direct and I hv not ordered any thing to lazypay . merchant has used lazypay as pay ment option . And order not even acknowledged and not executed and I don’t HV any info as of now from yr merchant .
I am a senior citizen of 68 years old and heart patient.
Lazy pay are calling me 10 times daily and harassing and i am not able to bare this pressure
If lazy pay are interested they should ask merchant to send me an acknowledgement to my order . And let them say the order canot be executable .. if it is not executable and not even acknowledge ble . Where is the question of dues . .
. I hv been harassed by lazy pay everyday min 10 times and I am a sick old man .
