I have already paid the Loan in question last March 16, 2024. My due date was last March 15 so I paid the loan in full with the overdue payment but I still received phone calls and messages that i haven’t paid which is bullshit since i have the receipt to prove it. When I checked the app, peso flash app is not even in the playstore cause they said it’s “under maintenance ” doesn’t give them any reason to harass me with calls and texts to pay my loan when i already paid it in full with penalty for the 1 day late. Fucking incompetent app and agents. I just want my number and other information deleted in their system so that I can finally move on from this nightmare they’ve put me in. AGAIN. but i can’t even do that since they don’t have a a delete option.
