I hv used pay later option and ordered the product in Myntra on 16th augst 23
they hv sent an OTP of Lazy Pay for rs 744 but the transaction was declined but same time I received message from LAZYPAY that amount has been successfully transferred to Myntra but the payment was not successful and automatically the product was converted to pay on delivery and I paid of rs 744 to the delivery agent at the time of delivery
Mean while on 02 September 2023 lazy pay sending messages that need to pay the due amount of rs 744 .
So I contacted to the customer care explained the same but he was too rude and asked to pay the due amount .
Next i confirmed with the Myntra customer service they mentioned that I tried to pay in online but the transaction was declined
The bill against my order was declined but they asking the due amount.
Lazy pay are harassing me and i am not able to bare this pressure
