On 14th June 2025 we booked HSRP number plate for vehicle no. MH42AC4758 at 12.20 pm by making payment of Rs. 1197. after scanning the QR code appeared on the screen we did the payment. Payment went to Rohit Kirana Store to UPI Id Q285015839@ybl Transaction id T2506141220542563549544 UTR NO. 504405541810
We waited for Receipt on Mail and or Phone no. through message, but we have not received the Receipt of Payment. We wait for 14 days to receive the Number plate. It was not received till 28th June 2025 hence we called the helpline no. where we booked the number plate i.e. 78368 88822 then then told that MH42 related numbers cannot be booked on our site. They given the number 93053 87662 to connect and check with them for our booking. When we called them, they said they do not have our booking and asked to register again.
