Text of Complaint by Sanjeev Kumar Singh:

Hello Sir, My name is Sanjeev, I had made a payment ₹463 yesterday to CNG filling pump through my icici debit card. The paymet was deducted two times but paytm machine showed the payment failure. I talked to bank customer care and they said your payment was successful but the merchant M/s Dhruv Amusement denied that he received the amount so I paid him third time from my HDFC debit card. Attached herewith the screenshot of that transaction which he denied.
Kindly do the needful and resolve my problem.
