Text of Complaint by Guru Subramaniam:

This is regarding the SR00001CUSTI. Since August 1st I have been making a complaint and no one has responded. After raising a request on 11th August without any communication you people mark the service as resolved? I have sent you my transaction ID and I have even spoken with my bank regarding this issue, they have confirmed to me that reliance jio has received my 1000 rupees from my UPI id for redeeming a set top box voucher. But in your app the transaction failed. My money got deducted and there is no refund. I am attaching all my statements. This is the latest bank statement of mine.

It has already been more than 15 days. I have all the proof from my side showing my money is deducted from my account but you people are failing me to answer. Even my bank gave me a statement that the money is deposited in your account. Sorry that i am sending this mail to Mr.Anuj Jain because there is no response from you people and after giving all proofs you people are still asking me for more. You people don’t show a single proof from your side. This clearly shows the ethics. Thank you.
