Dear sir,
I was try to book the ticket from Ahmedabad to Kolkata on 28th May 2021 goair flight by your site the ref is travolook.in: REF556648235.Just after 10 mins I received a call from Travolook that ticket is not booked due to technical glitch and the deducted amount you will get your money back within 5-7 days .Already 33 days have passed and there is no action so far .I have lodge positive complaint against the company .

Yes, Similar case happen ed with me I booked my air ticket from Amritsar to Pune on 20 Jun 21. Booking was confirmed and payment completed. After 30 minutes A message came from company about cancelling the booking following a phone call that money will be refunded within 10 to 15 working days. 19 days have been passed but payment refund not received. When contacted the customer care number it was Told to wait for another 5 to 7 working days
