Text of Complaint by Soumyadeep Dutta Gupta:

i have try to pay LICPREMIUM THROUGH amazon pay but my transaction failed and also money deducted from my account on 14/10/2022
please refund the money assoonas possible Transaction or order id of Amazon 408 04849679945954
Transaction id of Bank S405153

After 3Days I called in amazon customer care to know the refund status but they are telling they didnot get any money from my side
But as par my Bank Statement the money have been transfered to amazon.
Already 8Days Gone but i Didnot Get my money Back

Amazon also not Taking any Complain and the Customer executive is also very rude and unprofessional.

Amazon is doing a fraud with the customer
