Text of Complaint by Arjun Mehra:

On 9 March 2022, I booked a ticket from Amritsar to Bangalore using Travolook worth Rs. 7,271. During booking, the payment was made through Amazon Pay UPI and was successful (I have all the proofs) but the ticket or booking was not generated. Upon asking their customer care, they kept saying they haven’t received the money at all – which is false as their merchant “CashFree” gave me the Order ID of the transaction. I have been calling and calling and no result yet. I want my refund as soon as possible.
