I booked a ticket on 9 march 2022 from ATQ to BLR using Travolook.in worth Rs. 7,271. They deducted my money but did not generate any ticket or booking ID or anything. I complained on their customer care number and they said that they haven’t received the money. But that is not possible since I paid from Amazon Pay UPI and their payment merchant “CashFree” generated the Order ID. This is a complete fraud and a lot of people have already reported this. I want my money back as soon as possible. I have all the proofs of the transaction.
