Text of Complaint by Sahil Bhatkar:

I had ordered few groceries from ‘Dmart ready’ app. (Order no 20659011) Online Transaction done through UPI payment app from CITI bank. Amount of Rs 1161/- has been debited from my CITI account and shows that payment done to indiaideas@icici. but still ‘Dmart ready’ app shows payment has failed as they have not received payment. UPI app notification showing that Payment is done to indiaideas@icici (UPI ref ID 025417157237) is attached herewith for your reference.

Trying to contact both Dmart as well as bill desk/ indiaideas; both are not traceable.

Request you to please help me get refund of my money as soon as possible.
