Dear Sir.
I have a loan cashbean .my payment date 18 of march 2020. I have made the payment 16 th march 2020 through IMPS .mentioned there RNL bank.
My bank ICici confirmed beneficiary bank received the money and RBL also confirmed they received money mentioned account..
I ll send them my bank statement.IMPS transaction slip.everything .but they r not updated and called me and harrssed..my bank told me that u want bankstatement where they r not received the amount .bcoz amount received by cashbean their mentioned account.
I also told them but they r not reply and without solution resolve that and interest charges for due not payment
