HI ,
I paid amount through CRED app on 22nd September as per bill generated on my Credit card from indus Ind bank . I paid around 1lakh through app , they said through mail the amount being credited to the bank. But it was not done .i being paid interest and penalties on my account . I didn’t find any response towards by complaint registered with them not resolution on payment to the bank. Just they are lagging time by saying we are looking to the same . Required support on them.
