Complaint against an Instagram seller account for non delivery after advance payment. This Seller with Instagram account name “dresses_bazars” took money from me for an order of product on her / his Instagram page. This seller has become non responsive to any messages. After repeated conversations, the seller finally replied and gave the number of courier service, upon calling them it was revealed that seller defaulted on their part by delaying the shipment. Now as the package hadn’t arrived on expected date, the delivery of the same on later date becomes absolutely unimportant. The seller is not willing to communicate further or even refund the amount paid. The package has not even left the seller’s state i.e. Gujrat. Payment done @ Rs. 1850
