I applied for fastag on UCO bank’s website on 05-08-2021 and made the payment of ₹500 on the same day. They rejected my application stating that no payment was made. After 2 months of persistent calls they accepted that my payment was successful and assured me that my fastag application will be accepted and i will be given my tag. It has been 3-4 weeks and they are always assuring me that my problem will be resolved within 1-2 days but nothing is happening.
