I had made a payment for my renewal of my Optima Restore floater policy no 2805203592851300 on 7th August 2021 payment of Rs 12189 with upi transaction id no 121980120014.
I had made a call to HDFC ergo customer care on 9th August 2021 and they told me that the payment was unsuccessful and to contact the paytm customer care
Then immediately I had contacted Paytm Customer care and they gave information that they had done the payment successfully to Hdfc business accounts and have communicated if Hdfc has not received to give in writing for not receiving the payment so that they can process for refund
I am attaching the payment details alongwith the communication that paytm customer care has sent for your reference.Please resolve the issue at the earliest.
Please do the needful at the earliest as my policy is going to expire in two days.
