Jio fiber reference code for payment: NO0000HC1QEZ
I applied for JIO fiber new connection via MYJIO app. I got a call, and subsequently, executives came on 13th May, 2021, and register using Aadhar, took my photo, and gave me link to which i was asked to send Rs.1500. I sent it as they said. The guy’s name was sanjay.
After that he said that engineers will come and install the device within one hour.
Today, is 16th of May, still it is not done. I have been calling them, they are saying it will be done in 4 5 days, and hanging up.
It occurred on: 13/05/2021
I paid 1500 rupees, but it is not installed still now. I have been deceived by Reliance Jio. I want installation asap or full refund with compensation for this harassment.
