HELLO SIR,
I HAVE BEEN USING THE CHINESE APP GO CASH, FROM THE PAST FEW MONTHS, I HAVE BEEN MAKING REGULAR PAYMENTS, MY LAST LOAN OF RS/4000, WAS DUE ON 26TH OF DECEMBER FOR WHICH I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENT ON 28TH OF DECEMBER AS THE PAYMENT GATEWAY WAS NOT WORKING, I HAVE SENT AN EMAIL TO THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT OF GOCASH, AND LIUFANG CUSTOMER SUPPORT,BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A REPLY FROM THEM, I HAVE FNALLY MADE THE PAYMENT OF RS 5180, ON THE 29TH OF DECEMBER, AND WHAT I SEE IS THE PAYMENT WAS NOT REFLECTING IN THE APP, I HAVE ALL THE SCREENSHOTS ABOUT THE SAME, AND THE WORST PART IS I HAVE SENT THEM ALL THE SCREENSHOTS BUT THEY ARE STILL CHARGING 200 RS EVRY DAY, INCLUDING THE GST, EVEN TILL DATE I AM BEING CHARGED WITH OVER DUE FEES, I HAVE ALL THE NESSECARY SCREENSHOTS OF THE TRANSACTIONS, PLEASE HELP ME.
