We have been using internet and fixed line services from Airtel in our location 48/1/9 site 4 sahibabad industrial area Ghaziabad UP 201010
We have been facing disconnection from the past 2 months, still we were making payments of monthly packages and also complaint being registered to local area technician.
As customer care department not working due to covid 19 , today also the connection is still inactive after regular promises by local technician to make connection active urgently.
The Airtel team is unable to repair the line in past 2 months.
