I have paid 1905 (tatsky.com through g pay) for new Tata sky connection.
Technician has visited the site and installed everything.
However set box hasn’t been activated yet.
I have raised several complaints to customer care however nobody has resolved my issue.
When I paid the amount I have got payment awaited which I have attached as your reference.
Payment got deducted from my account.
Wrost service you are offering to clients everyone has confused me on this.
I need proper resolution at the earliest.
Since yesterday i am following up with customer care but every one has saying me we have raised complaint but nobody has given me proper resolution.
