I had tried to place the order for Redmi Note 8 phone on 29th Nov 2019 through mi store app (order id – 5191129783092075) and the payment for the same was successful from bank’s end and the money was deposited in the merchant’s UPI linked bank account but the transaction still got failed/timed out. The merchant had informed me that they had refunded the money on 12th Dec 2019 but the refund is still not credited back to my account.
I want to register this complaint against the merchant to get my refund back immediately.
