I had ported my number in november 2019 from Vodafone to Airtel. A representative came home along with the sim and asked to clear all dues for Vodafone that were pending till that date, which I did.
In the month of March, I started receiving calls stating that I have an outstanding of INR 370, which I paid off not once but twice, however they continued to deactivate my number. there is no way of connecting with them. A representative called my yesterday and confirmed that my number will get activated in 24 hours, yet the number is not active.
I have written more than enough emails stating my problems and relevant screenshots, yet they keep sending auto-replies.
I’m working from and during this time of lockdown phone is the only way of survival. Their IVR is not helpful at all.
Hence, I want to file an official complaint.
