1. In September 2022 my bill was Rs-3780 and due date was 7 sept but i had done the payment Rs- 4459 on 18 oct 2022 with late fee and interest but amount not reflect in account after successful payment. Daily 2-3 calls are coming from Aaditya birla group after payment done. I was very nervous.
2 . In October 2022 again bill generate but adding previous sept22 month amount than total bill amount is showing Rs-14909, I have received the call on 3rd sept 2022 from a customer care for payment I told all these issue which was happen before month than he told do the partial payment of rs-9565.54 than all issue will be solve, after that i have done the payment of Rs-9565.54 and paytm postpaid amount is showing full limit in my account but on 8th October 2022 I have received a mail of late fee amount 885 rs due to payment not done and paytm postpaid account is blocked.
