Text of Complaint by Basker:

I have done payment of INR 5,100 to renew my Water purifier through iphone apps on 24th December 9;15 am. But no receipt, No invoice, No AMC renewed till now. When ever I called and send write mail to them, they says your complaints escalated sir soon you will get resolved. But daily the same story is repeating and i got frustrated with their poor and worst service.
