Hello,
I did payment for GTPL PLAN 60mbps fibre plan before one week. The agent told me to set the connection within 2days but it had been more than a week, I am still getting false promises from the Agent (Naveen Solanki & Amit) everyday.
Each and everyday because of no internet, my company is deducting my salary of 2500/-…
Till now I loose 14000+ Payment.
If you can’t setup my connection, kindly refund my amount otherwise I will go to Consumer forum.
Kindly take strict action otherwise I need to do something.
