I have done the online payment 17118 INR on 29th sep 2018 through sbi netbanking and the same has been debited to my sbi bank account and the sbi has also sent me a msg for the debit of 17118 INR as well as its shows debit of 17118 INR on my bank statement..From 29th Sep 2018 I had been calling, mailing and complaining about the refund of 17118 INR But everytime flipkart team is neglecting for the successful payment confirmation..initially the flipkart team has sent me a mail on vikasindrachouhan@gmail.com as well as on vikasindrachauhan@gmail.com regarding the delay of refund of 17118 INR but now everytime they are neglecting and asking me for the registered mail ids as well as registered phone number and now they are saying the payment is not done from the given mail ids or given phone number…I have contact to my branch manager regarding the refund and he said the payment is credited to flipkart on 29th Sep 2018 and now they can only refund to my sbi bank account but flipkart team is not responding , so I have decided to go at consumer court regarding the refund as well as harassment given to me by flipkart team, as its been 50 days passed out and still I have been waiting for my refund.
