I had ordered a bean bag of Rs. 2409/- from one of the e-commerce website named shopsy. The order was placed on 28 April 2023 and it was a prepaid order.
The promised delivery date was 5 May 2023 and till now i didn’t received the production. I had contacted shopsy customer care several times and requested to provide an update on the delivery status, surprisingly even the customer care team is unable to track my order and hesitated to provide me refund. Every time they were asking me to wait longer. ( untill the product reach). Today its almost 2 months passed and i didn’t received the product.
I had ordered a fidget spinner toy of Rs. 425/- from one of the e-commerce website named shopsy. The order was placed on 22 August 2023 and it was a prepaid order. my payment was done and still the order is showing on pending and it has been 48 hours since i did not got refund or my order confirmed
