I did flexipay for my payment of Rs.21340 which was confirmed on 26-06-23.
But still the payment was made from my account on 14-07-23 through NACH 21928.
But since my flexipay was confirmed, I did not maintain sufficient balance in my account and that is why NACH charged dishonor fee of 500/- for insufficient payment in my account.
When I am not a borrower of this much amount (21928/-) then why did NACH pay so much.
And even if it is later confirmed that it is an outrageous fee, it should be refunded.
