Dear Sir/Mam,
With due respect, This is Irshad Ali one of the customer of Airtel since 2016 but due to poor network connection and excess bill so I have decided to change my service from post paid to pre-paid and raise my Request in the month of sept 20 but Airtel ignore and miss guided about sim closing.
after that Airtel Customer acre confirmed me that your sim closed today onward.
but problem that its still working and demand for 3 month payment.
detail of all such payment which i had done to Airtel .
Attached bill for the month of August , Sept and Oct 20 for your reference and details of all bill given below:-
1- 30th August 20- Rs.- 765.82
2- 14th Sept 20 – Rs.- 765.82
3- 16th Sept 20 -Rs. -100+129= 229(Closing Payment for Airtel sim)
4- 13th Oct 20 – Rs. – 392.86(Some due payment)
Total amount(Rs- 2153.5) I had paid for the closing the Airtel sim(9560777458).but still my number in working.
Airtel app showing 2000 Rs amount balance instead of full n final payment i have done in 16sept and 13th oct(some due/extra charge which i have paid to close that sim) and i have already raise closing requested in the month of 16th September but Airtel customer not even take any action against my requested.
please help me out for such problem.
