Hi Sir/Ma’am
On 30th April 2021 I am trying to recharge on DEN BROADBAND portal, payment was failed and balence is deducted from my Paytm account .When I reached out to Paytm care regarding payment deduction they told me payment is successful from my end as well as reached out to DEN customer care the aslo told me that your payment is not successfully done your DEN account.I have done payment on “Paytm-40187239@paytm” this is merchant account where my payment successfully done . I fallowed all payment procedure to Den BROADBAND . Still did not received any confirmation from both side.
Humble request to you .Please look my problem and resolve as soon as possible.
