My tatasky account was recharged by me 16.6.19 epayment from my kotack bank facility for Rs 1000 and amount successfully deducted from bank but no balance recived in tata sky account id no.1226667879 by the name of my wife surbhi agarwal as per my urgency i recharged again by Rs 500 same evening and tat also got deducted but no balance recived in tata sky account very disappointing this has happened earlier also wth me and there was no response from customer care service no. Also i tried calling them but was busy all the time unprofessional behaviour on the part of tatasky assistance
