When i reacharged rs.375 by web tatasky app and payment from FreeCharge UPI on 02/10/2021. Payment deducted my bank account but reacharge not done than I connected to tatasky customer service. They are confirmed reacharge not done and my money refunded in my account 7 to 10 days after.
Today 21/10/2021 but balance not refund in my account.
On enquiry with FreeCharge customer service agent and my bank, it is confirmed that the amount has been credited to tata sky Merchant on successful payment. on repeated complain again and again but there is no response. I wish that my consumer complaint will get resolved soon.
