Dear Sir/Madam.
I, Sandip Sarker, had made a payment of Rs 10750/- as a Education Fee ( Shaw Public School) through Net Banking at (Punjab National Bank ) to Shaw Public School through their app on 13/06/2023. Bank had deducted the amount but it was not updated in the School app.
I’d therefore contacted to my bank and also in school, both of them said to wait 10 – 12 days as it will update automatically. I’m worried so therefore I request you to kindly check the matter as solve the problem as soon as possible. I also attached the online receipt for your reference.
