We have recharged the tata play subscriber id no.1220648941 as on 12.06.2022 at 12.36 PM. But the same was not recharged and while enquiring with the GPAY from where we had done recharge, they have confirmed the payment to tata play. Even confirmed with HDFC Bank and both have given in writing regarding the payment done.
But I have neither received a single reply from Tata play nor given credit to my subscriber id.
On calling to tata play numbers, they are giving new dates everytime for the solution. And since last 5 days, I have not got the solution. Someone from Tata play called VIJAY is giving ridiculous answers on asking the credit and giving new date again. Also keeps me on hold without my consent to avoid giving answer, in between checks that I am online or not and finding me on call, he again puts me on hold without any confirmation.
