Hello,
Airtel Bank seem to be a bis scam from Airtel and nothing else. I have online recharged my Mobile Number xxxxxxx703 on 26th June with the amount of Rs598. Money was deducted via their Payment gateway partner Payu Wallet with the detailed payment ID and reference mentioning Payment towards “Airtel Bank Limited” but its been 3 months that they are transfering the call and case here and there to frustrate their customers. I have provided multiple evidence of deduction of payment which and refernces but they are not refunding my money.
I want to ask what solution do we have as a customer in such cases except forgetting our money under mercy of such big corporates. Can we take some actions and urge govt to cancel their banking license so that they will not be able to fool other customers.
Any suggestion would be helpful. Airtel Bank license should be cancelled for incresing number of such fraud everyday.
