I Paid Rs 303/- to Tilka manjhi Bhagalpur university (TMBU) through UPI,but payment is deducted but service not made.Screen of laptop show transaction denied but payment not refund yet.Here is my UPI Reference number:-213716497313.please look into to resolve my problem.
