Text of Complaint by Piyush Munet:

Dear sir,

I have made a transaction for recharge through airtel app but the trascation failed and payment deducted.

Then I call customer care 2-3 times and they said we have initiate the refund process but till date no refund received.

Then again I tried to connect with the airtel care then they said the transaction is 8-9 months old so we are helpless.

They also asking me transaction id of airtel app but airtel app not showing that transaction details

Kindly help me.

Transaction Date  – 15 Sep, 2020

Transaction amount – Rs 558

Bank Transaction ID – S92388267

Payment mode – Debit card BOB bank
