The school fee Rs. 9879.26 was paid by my credit card by using online web site of the school in 16-feb-22. at the time of transaction the site is not responding but transaction was done. and amount is debited to my sbi card. after 2 to 3 days i call to SBI customer care for the confirmation of payment. but the customer care inform me the transaction is under settlement. then next day i visited to school and ask for my school fee payment status but they said no payment receive from your side . the school accountant ask me the transaction id so i again call to customer care and asking for transaction ID ans same was share with the school acount department. i went to school for result on 14-03-2022 the school accountant said your result on hold due to no payment of school fee. so i again call to customer care and ask for the my payment . then again customer care check the transaction and inform me the transaction is not settled. then i ask for the raise the complain . the customer care raised the complaint against the transaction and send a mail for confirmation. after 2 days the mail was come from SBI to fill the dispute form and send within 2 days. the said document i was send to SBI as per instruction. when i check my dispute status by online SBI card site it shows dispute resolve due to no document submitted . then i again call to customer care and ask for the mail. then he said you fill diffrent form for such type of dispute. so i again fill the form and submitted . till date only investigation is going on but no result .
i already paid my dues . now the next review date is 21-05-2022. i also mail time to time for status but only machine generated mail respond on my mail.
The SBI credit card should be paid my advance payment which is not settled by SBI credit card with interest ( credit card intrest).
