Respected Sir/Madam,
I am filing this complaint against BDG Game for non credit of payment after successful transaction.
On 01 oct at 6:21 Am , I made a payment of 3000 through paytm by UPI to add funds to my BDG game account (6745393).
The transaction was successful, and the money was deducted from my bank account.
However, Even after more then 18 hours, the amount was not credited to my BDG game wallet.
I immediately contacted BDG game’s support team via email and attached all payment proofs, but there has been no proper response or resolution from their side. This shows clear negligence and lack of customer service from BDG Game.
This issue has caused financial loss and mental harassment.
I request your kind intervention to take strict action against BDG Game and ensure fefund or immediate resolution
